Synopsis

When Senate candidate Evelyn James is kidnapped during her political campaign, her disappearance exposes a dangerous secret buried beneath the very issues that have defined her public career. A decorated Marine with a reputation for toughness, Evelyn refuses to remain a victim. After escaping captivity, she uncovers evidence of a powerful human-trafficking network connected to the death of her daughter - and discovers that influential figures are working from inside the system to protect those responsible.
